Exchange and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Reese Lansangan Shop.

All product sales from shop.reeselansangan.comare considered final. But if a product you receive is defective or broken, we can exchange it with the exact same item. If a specific item is out of stock, only then can we process a refund (for the damaged item only).

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for regular-priced products:

Conditions for Exchange

In order for the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 7 days
  • The goods are in their original packaging
  • A video unboxing of the goods has been recorded upon receipt of the sealed parcel. Strictly no video, no exchange or refund.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • Personalized orders (Special sizes orders, signed merchandise, etc)
  • Any used or worn items

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Goods on sale cannot be refunded unless broken.

Exchanging Goods

Postage fees spent by the customer for exchanges will be repaid in store credit. Please provide screenshots / receipts.

  • Subject: Request for Exchange – Order #[your order number]
  • Product name of item to be exchanged
  • Reason for exchanging
  • Please attach photo and video of the unboxing for faster processing
